The concept is simple yet brilliant: diners are charged based on the weight of their ingredients. “ I found this place accidentally while walking outside. Totally recommend eating here. Everything is fresh, you choose your own ingredients with the minimum weight being 400grams and you give your bowl to the kitchen. There are many options for veggies, meat, fish. You choose the broth too for the noodles. They also have meat and tofu skewers for grilling. I had a bowl of 400 grams with fish and veggies and two skewers and the total was 13.37 euros. You can also add extra sauce on the side for free. There are around 15 options to choose from. ”
“ Honestly this is my favorite hot pot in Spain. I am living in Madrid. I will try it whenever I am travelling to Bcn. Fresh, big variety of vegtables, seafood and meat then sauces... I recommanded to try this food. By the way staff are talking Emglish and friendly. ”
“ As a Singaporean staying in Barcelona, I can guarantee that the taste is 99.99% the same as the YGF in Singapore. In fact, only the 3 layered pork is different as it is upgraded with Iberico Pork, while still pretty much tasting the same. The broth tastes absolutely the same, with a variety of ingredients that are very Chinese and are uniform across YGF globally Price wise, it is super affordable and even cheaper in absolute and relative terms than other Chinese restaurants out in Barcelona. Service wise, Asians are very service oriented and is a far cry better out than the other European restaurants out there. I was amazed that as I was their last customer of the day, they have given me a free drink as well. Really recommend this place if you miss Chinese food. ”
“ When it first opened, the food was great and the service was excellent. After a short closure, they reopened, but it just hasn’t been the same since. The flavors changed and the ingredients no longer feel as fresh as before. A bit disappointing compared to the early days. ”
“ A very nice place. They have good varieties of ingredients to choose from! I ordered for spicy soup, which was super great! The (proper) spice level of Asia! The staff were friendly too. Will come back again for sure! ”
